Brian Walshe

Prosecutors claim Brian Walshe searched for "10 Ways to Dispose of a Dead Body If You Really Need To" on Google before entering a not guilty plea.

Walshe, 47, entered not guilty plea last week after admitting that he had misled detectives about his behaviour in the days before his wife vanished.

He is currently being held at the Norfolk County House of Corrections and will be sent to Quincy District Court on Wednesday to be charged with murder, according to Morrissey.

The prosecutor stated: "At the arraignment, more information on the investigation and the evidence supporting those charges are anticipated to be given, but will not be divulged at this time.

It is simple to charge somone to crime
and it's even simpler to claim that they did it, according to Walshe's attorney Tracy Miner, who said in a statement sent to Rolling Stone.

We will see if the prosecution can prove that, which is a far more difficult task.

First off, I'm going to try this case in court and not in front of the media, so I won't comment on the evidence.

Second, since the prosecution has not given me any proof.

In my experience, the prosecution's case isn't that strong when, like in this case, they leak supposed evidence to the press before giving it to me.
